Do you have minimums?

Yes, all catering orders require a minimum of 10 guests. Rates may vary depending on the date.

Do you offer full-service catering?

Yes! If you're looking for off-site, full-service catering, our team would love to assist. Inquire at catering@neptunesushi.com.

Do you offer tastings?

We do not offer tastings for drop-off catering. We do however, offer tastings for full-service catering.

How do I secure my event date?

After you place your order, an event manager will send an invoice. Once we receive your 50% deposit, your event date is officially confirmed.

When is my final payment due?

Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event date.

When is the last day I can make changes to my order?

All updates must be finalized 10 days before your event. Change requests submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed and may result in errors or omissions.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We get it, plans change.

Cancellations made 10 or more days before your event will result in forfeiting half of your deposit.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will result in the full deposit being retained.
